Boise Photowalkers Night Walk September 1, 2009
Recently a few of the Boise Photowalkers and I were able to meet up for a night walk around downtown Boise. It was a fun change of pace for us to tote around tripods and really take time to work on some of the longer exposure shots.

Here are a few shots from our weekend trip to the Bruneau Sand Dunes here in Idaho. It is a beautiful place to visit if you can overlook the high winds and blowing sand.

Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk July 19, 2009
Yesterday I got to attend the 2nd annual Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk here in Boise, ID. It was scorching hot but that did not stop about 30 of us from meeting and exploring an older neighborhood of the city. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the day.

Featured! June 13, 2009
A big thank you to Boise’s Metro Express Car Wash for supporting local artists and featuring my work on their signs this weekend!

Photowalk May 23, 2009
Last year I met a fantastic group of photographers on the first ever Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk. Since then many of us have continued to meet-up and when time allows to go out and shoot together. Today we met in downtown Boise and walked around the Greenbelt, Rose Garden and BSU campus. I had a fabulous time as always. They never disappoint for good discussion, helpful tips and lots of laughs. The 2nd Worldwide Photowalk is coming up in July. Visit the official site to see if a walk has been scheduled in your area and to sign up.

Vacation Shots May 21, 2009
Vacation photography has always been a very big thing for me. Since as long as I can remember I have been a scrapbooker. I cherish all the photos I have taken through the years and think nothing is more important than preserving those memories through photos safe albums and scrapbooks. I am not a big saver or pack rat but my photos and my albums will be something I will have always and hopefully be passed down through future generations. I love photos, I always have. That love is what inspired me to learn photography.
Here are a few shots from our recent trip to The Happiest Place on Earth: Disneyland.
